“This is a truly remarkable achievement. You have set the bar high for all other UNFPA offices worldwide by demonstrating that while due management of OFA is not an easy task, it is certainly an achievable one.”
 Dr. BabatundeOsotimehin, UNFPA Executive Director commended on UNFPA Iran CO for successful management of CO Operating Fund Advances (OFA) account during the fiscal year 2011. By 31 December 2011 CO had no outstanding advances older than 6 months, had no credit balances and had an overall OFA balance of zero.
